Just had this happen today, both buyers have the same Asian name (彦柳 张), sorry in advance as I am not sure what language it is. Both bought the same card, both have different user IDs. Both have the same emails and the same phone numbers but one is in Texas and one is in Missouri. Both requested to cancel the transaction minutes after they bought the items.

How do I even report this to eBay, there isn't even an option!
