(seller name) hasn't accepted yet...???

bought a card on ebay the other day, and noticed it said my payment was pending.. which is odd ive never seen that before..
i go to paypal and it says the seller hasn't accepted the payment yet.. what does this mean? they dont use paypal or something?

One possibility is that the PayPal address on the listing was incorrect...a typo or something.

That is usually the culprit or it defaulted to an older email address they used to use that is no longer tied to an account.

I have had this happen 2 or 3 times and every time it was bc the seller was trying to get the buyer to send the funds to a sketchy account instead. Not a chance, pal!

i cancelled the paypal transaction and was refunded to the payment source.. not taking any chances..
