I just got done moving a month ago so I’ve had three addresses in the last eight months. The other day I received a bubble mailer and I could tell it was a bit weathered. It said return to sender, and said Paul doesn’t live here both. It went to my old address but then thanks to mail forwarding it went to my last address and got forwarded to me. The label had a December 2018 date on it. It made me wonder where it had been all this time. I probably got a refund for it but it was just a random low-end redemption that’s probably going to end up as points after all that. Anyone else have something strange like that happen?

no not nearly as long as 2018 but just the crazniness lately.
bought a card from highland park, il. this is a suburb (actually the town where MJ's house is for sale) that is about an hour away from me. seller shipped it left illinois, went to pittsburgh and another town in PA, arriving back to illinois and delivering to me.
in this same time frame i bought a roy hibbert. It shipped from new york. it went from new york and arrived in chicago, it then went from chicago to hawaii, then back here to chicago and delivered to me. crazy times.

I took some mail to Hawaii and sent it from there...wondered if the buyers ever noticed it

I had a card ship from western Michigan (so right across Lake Michigan from me) to Pittsburgh and somewhere else in Pa as well before finally arriving to me in Green Bay 2 1/2 weeks later.

I once had a relatively low dollar card (Jared Cook topps Chrome rookie autos) show up a year later. Purchased the card off eBay at the end of November 2011 and the card showed up in the mail December 2012 with a post mark for 2011. It was sent without tracking so I ended up getting a return sometime in February 2012. I contacted the seller when one finally received the card. I was going to send it back as I already purchased another one for my set but the seller told me not to worry about it and just keep the card. Ended up giving it to my buddy haha

I bought a KG limited logos 21/50 from a mate in the US. He sent it to me in NZ with perfect address on it, but USPS sent it to Ecuador. Ecuadorian post then sent it to me in NZ! Got here in a month. The next day we were gonna reimburse the deal. Was a crazy month!

That’s funny, this reminded me of another. Some time after it release in the fall of 2012, I bought a russell Wilson chrome 1984 prism die cut /50 for $42. I waited weeks and it didn’t show up, so eventually seller refunded me the money. Well, wouldn’t you know, about 3 months later the card just magically appears out of thin air. So I re-paid the seller a second time and all was well. Must have been a long vacation haha

I live in Hawaii, bought a card on ebay on Friday in Virginia, check tracking on Saturday it made it to Honolulu. So it took 1 day, will probably get delivered to my PO box on Monday. That was quick!
