I just had something happen that I have never seen before. This morning I made an offer on a book. It had a $35 BIN and I made a $25 best offer. The seller declined without a counter offer. This afternoon I made another offer of $28.00. I just checked to see if there was a response to my offer. There was no response to my offer but the book was now on sale for $23.18. $4.82 less than my current offer and $1.82 less than my first offer. I quickly cancelled the offer and hit the Buy It Now.
