So as far these crazy priced boxes go, I usually never buy any.
But I really like this product and am going to give it a whirl.
Just trying to figure out what's the best buy in your opinion.
Mosaic Hobby for 800 or Mosaic Fast Break for 675, and why.
Thanks guys!

Retail. Even on the secondary market, which is essentially what you're already paying for with these 2, much better value - more packs to open - more shiny/refractory cards - more base - still can easily crush your roi if you're into that sort of thing. With about $800 worth of retail, you'd probably get more autos, even if the higher end names are much more difficult to pull.
Leave the hobby stuff for breaks - it is what it is this year....

Spot on.
With that amount of money, you can get 5 Megas or 14 hangers.

save your money man . its no longer worth it at these prices. I was lucky enough to get hobby and fast break when it was still reasonable . a hobby box already 600 out of the gate ? what was optic ? 300 ? this is stupid .

Hobby over fastbreak, the fastbreak cards are kind of gimmicky and aren't as popular in the secondary market.

I'd take a Hobby box over those Retail options... but comes down to preference. Retail at MSRP is a great deal. Secondary prices... not as appealing. Basically comes down to quantity vs. quality. Retail typically lacks #'d cards , black/gold/ even autos are harder to hit. You'll get good value with retail with more base cards, and silvers... but if you want something more rare you have to go Hobby.
Really comes down to how much luck you have too. You can open one blaster and hit a Zion Silver, compared to someone who opens a hobby case and doesn't. On the other side, i've opened a handful of blaster and retail cases, and the best card was like 50$.

i think you have to basically pull a zion base in every pack to break even
the base are only like 70usd and there are TONS on the bay already.
