Sorry for the somewhat general/OT post, but basketball is the only thing I collect/only section I post in on BO.
I won an auction for a card on Tuesday night—seller’s international shipping fee is $15, but item description states if the item ends above a certain value (which this item did), Express shipping is required and buyer is to request invoice or wait to be invoiced. I requested an invoice shortly after auction end, and didn’t receive one. I messaged the seller yesterday (Saturday) asking for an invoice as I’m waiting and would like to pay for the item, and still nothing/haven’t heard back. I know this is a crazy and hectic time, but I see the seller has been active since my messages with new listings. Any advice on what to do when a seller goes silent? It’s annoying having ~$300 of my money tied up on a card I may or may not get.
I’ve been on eBay for 20 years with 100% feedback, so I don’t think my profile is playing a role.
