So I have attempted to sell my collection of autographed cards through various different sites and Im down to the last few thousand that I know Ebay will probably be my only option at this time to really sell them.

I see listings all the time that have 200+ cards in them as a bulk listing. What I cannot figure out is how they are able to get more than the 12 photos and how they link specifically to that picture when you choose it in the drop down menu. I have googled it but Im not getting anything specific that says this is how you do it.

Any assistance in what exactly I should do or even specific links to walk me through the process would be much appreciated.

List with variations not all categories support them and they can sometimes be more work than they are worth.

When you list your variations, let's say that you have 50 of them, you can select "add variation photos", and your selling page will change to show spots for 50 different photos.

The problem to me, and maybe others can respond, is that it only let's you use one photo per variation, so you won't be able to show the card backs.

To me, it is much easier to create a separate listing for each item, rather than use the variation method. Once you get the hang of it, it only takes a couple of minutes to create a front and back scan and a minute or two to create the listing.

Appreciate the advice. That’s something I’ll have to play with and see how it works out.

Do some searches for variation listings here and on google. There are some glitches to be aware of if you end the group (say if you wanted to go on vacation and don't have a store) and then restart the listing. eBay will reset your count available on cards you've already sold to 1 unless you individually delete each variation once you ship it. The positive is you can list as many cards you want in a single item count towards your 50, so you can cram a lot of cards for sale into your free monthly listings.
