Very Strange eBay Message

I have a gentleman who made four offers last Saturday which I accepted. He hasn't paid as of yesterday - so I contacted him to see if there were any issues regarding payment. This is the response:

"Yes there is. I haven’t been able to get to the bank hopefully tomorrow. I’m exhausted from fighting with antifa and people that have no desire but steal and loot. Just got 14 bodies and 2 guns but theirs no violence. LOL. I’m in my own melee and and plus 3 because I’m the leader. Seriously I should be able to get there tomorrow or Thursday.

Not to make light of it but for some reason the scene in "The Waterboy" where Lawrence Taylor says "Which brings us to our next point kids Dont Take Drugs" comes to mind. I once sold something to a gentleman who claimed to be in the CIA or some type of secretive governmental position. I would certainly be taken back by a message like that I don't know if you're concerned the person could be a bit off their rocker or messing with you but I would say if they don't pay possibly just passively opening a case against them to get your fees back? The person does seem a bit off.

And I thought I had it hard...been trying to get to the post office for 2 days and they just haven't opened. This guy is fighting bodies to make his purchase.
