I have a card that I want to move but I don’t know what value to put on it. It is a 2018 Prizm Blue /199 BGS 10. This players cards have recently shot up in the past few months and I really don’t know what value to put on it. Are the blue cracked ice /99 comparable in value to /199 blue since the regular blues have been around longer? For value would you put a BGS 10 at 2x compared to a PSA 10? Any help would be appreciated

Give us the players name. Without a name it's almost impossible to give any info.

Best you can do is give us a name and someone here can give you a fair price, or compare it to a player of a similar caliber.

Ooo thats a good /199 to have. His stuff is really blowing up lately. Hopefully someone on here collects Shai and can give you a fair price to ask.

I’m sure someone who collects SGA can give a better idea. A raw copy sold for $450 about 10 days ago and a PSA 9 sold for $300 a month ago. Would guess it’s $1,500-2,000.

Honestly as a bgs 10 I could see 2500

I think the $450 was a drastic overpay, just someone putting up an offer because there were no others available. bottom left corner was dinged so that card would be lucky to get a 9. with that said, a red /299 just went for $266, so "fair" value for a blue /199 would probably be in the $350-400 range now. PSA 10 will probably go for $1k, so $1.2-1.5k for a BGS 10 (non black label right?) is probably about right. Also kinda depends on the card at this point, I'm sure anyone putting up that kind of money would want to actually see the centering etc. honestly for a card with that high a print run those #s are insane. I have a ton of SGA but wouldn't go near that card in this range

Agree... Somewhere in that range and maybe even a little more...
1.5k-2.2k in my eyes

Ok so a PSA 10 silver sells for around 1k. But a BGS 10 Blue would only be 1.5 to 2x that? I figured price point would be somewhat similar to Trae, little less. Then factoring in BGS 10 thought it would be a good bump.

$0.99 auction + let it ride = EXACT current value
you will not find a more accurate formula.

I'd look at other parallels of the same player or the same parallel of a comparable player as a guideline.
