Optic - Crimped Zions

I have two Zion's that I pulled back when Optic first released that have crimp marks from when the packs were sealed :doh: I did not notice this damage until I was going through cards last night for a PSA submission.

Is this a type of defect that Panini would be willing to replace? What is the process to go about seeking replacements and how long does this process typically take?

still hoping someone has input on this. While sorting cards I also found a few that have then imprint (that creates the lines around the Optic sign and the photo of each player) that is quite off 1/4"+.

Has anyone had luck getting either of these manufacturer issues replaced? How would I get that process started?

I sent panini a small stack of very badly stamped Optic cards and they sent me back a Brandon Clarke auto. I tossed it in a batch of individual defect cards that is still processing.
