This is a HOF listing.
Check out his feedback and recent sales. He isnt a rookie. Ebay is always on the buyers side so I guess he just got fed up with it one too many times. Just think how easy it is for one bad buyer to hose you. Someone could have won 10k on stuff, paid, received, then said it never came. Ebay or paypal would refund them. They keep the cards, seller screwed. It's just dumb what they allow buyers to get away with.
