Yes it's altering if you put any substance on a card to remove scratches.

Someone else responded and they said “plenty of people work corners. Smooth down corner so they aren’t dog eared.” He responded back just saying thank you.

I do find it interesting he already deleted his post about fixing the Zion scratch and getting a PSA 10.

Edit: he deleted both posts now

60 grit sandpaper very lightly over the affected area.

You sell the card to someone else. No more scratch for you.

Yeah...but that's a computer screen and 40 grit. We're talking cards and 60 grit with just a liiitttttlllleee bit of pressure.

Send the info to PSA and see if they think it's altering....

Reports are coming out recently that they are blocking submitters using car wax to buff out scratches.

Ugh the worst.

It was the price you countered already much lower than market value...

And when they want something from you, it evolves to "hey boss."

100% altering. Don’t even see how one could think otherwise tbh.

I don't see how you can remove a surface scratch and it not be altering

My go to response to being called "bud" or "boss" is referring to them directly as "hot rod".

I prefer to go with 'Champ' or 'Captain,' myself.
