Do you know what part Crosby's uniform had blue on it?

and with this one..........to me it doesn't look like the yellow of the patch on the card matches the yellow (or whatever color that is) on the jersey does it? What do you think? I'm not sure who would try to fake a Crosby RC patch auto. Just doesn't make sense (IMO) to do that.

The second one could be from the older penguins logo patch on the shoulder. Like this one:

Yeah, I couldn't tell either, but thats the only thing I can think of that has that color yellow unless they wore throwbacks that year.

The jersey they used for the Hot Prospects cards was a throwback Penguins jersey worn in a photo shoot. That's why there's blue patches and the wrong yellow in those cards. I pulled a very nice 3 color several years ago and did a LOT of research on these cards. :D

Its from the throwback jersey.. I have the actual throwback jersey or crosby...

Now that Brado mentioned it, he is right. I remember these cards being from a rookie photo shoot and being from the throwbacks they wore. Makes sense. And the Oceanic's jerseys are blue/light blue/white, so the first one looks like it could have been from that, but the second one is definitely the throwback Pens jersey, so I imagine the first one is from another throwback as well.

The Rimouski Oceanic don't have any yellow on their jerseys.

Many shades of blue and teal but no Yellow.
