Value Orange Chrome /25 Vs Orange Chrome Photo Variation

Looking at a card, and trying to gage value. It is an orange chrome photo variation. Neither photo is amazing. Similar value? Sp less? More? Thoughts or opinions?

The variation will hold more value because it's the variation. This is a little confusing, since they both have the same print run, but that's how things go. The base variations typically go for 2x-100x the base card, depending on the player and if it's SP, SSP, or SSSP and the numbered color versions mirror that though to less of an extreme.
