From Topps, Panini, or UD

I have this Jonathan Denney auto /50 from 2013 EEE that I put in back in 2014. I know I've requested a replacement at some point in time, but nothing has came of it yet.

I have two Topps Definitive Tatis Auto Rookies still open......... they keep telling me they are in process.... I keep hoping they will show being one of his most desirable rc's but the longer it goes the less optimistic I get.

A Cole Hamels from 2016 Heritage is my oldest baseball one. Have not requested a replacement as it's one of the jumbo patch boxloaders. Likely that the replacement won't be as cool a card since they'll value it as a basic Hamels auto.

Also an auto from 2012 Prizm if counting football. I think it's Derek Wolfe. I've requested a replacement a couple times.

Baseball: 2013 Topps Heritage Minor League relic (submitted in 2015)
Basketball: 2012-13 Panini Past and Present Modern Marks AU (submitted in 2014)
Hockey: 2013-14 Panini Crown Royale AU (submitted in 2014)

The longest wait I had for an Upper Deck redemption was 7 months (the shortest turnaround was 8 days).

2014 Topps series one Luis aparicio auto. It sucks because I got the redemption pretty cheap on eBay, and I’m a Sox fan. But his health hasn’t been hot for a while and I guess Topps stopped trying to get it in.

I put in for a replacement this year and wasn’t allowed to at first. I had to have CS open a replacement via email. And that replacement has t arrived yet

Not baseball, but I have a Jimmy Butler rookie auto that I submitted in January 2016. I knew there was little chance I'd get it, it was from a 2012 set and was already expired.

I feel like redemptions are like pot holes in the street. You can avoid them but many drive right into them. Even if you pull a desired redemption, in the case it never comes in, starting threads about woe me and darn the manufacturer seem meaningless imho. I know people get upset over the redemption being the box or case hit but it's equivalent to getting any other dud box. Few are winners, which includes getting your desired redemption within the appropriate time frame.

Even if I had a redemption for a PC player, I pretend like the card doesn't exist and thus never want it until a live one actually shows its head. Pretty simple.

Just a generalized opinion...

I sent in a 2000 UD Griffey auto relic /30 (in 2000). Still have not gotten that one back. I was 16 at the time and used to get excited everyday to check the mail. The excitement lasted for about 6 months then I gave up. :( shorty after I left the hobby.
