Hoping you guys could help me out. I’m trying to help my brother-in-law figure out the value on a card he picked up today. The problem is that it’s kind of blind leading the blind. I’m pretty small time, so I don’t live in this world. An ungraded one recently sold for about $225. How much does that BGS 9.5 impact the value?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200928/05a9cbe63c356750b9eb46c860816325.jpg

It was part of a bigger lot of old 60s & 70s cards, so can’t really say.

I feel like thick cards such as this one don’t usually get much of a bump for grading as most people aren’t buying thick card stock for high grades. Definitely doesn’t hurt anything though. Maybe I’m wrong.

I suspect that the guys buying Aaron autos wouldn’t pay a big premium for a BGS 9.5. Maybe like 1.2-1.5x?
Im wrong all the time though.

It’s good to know I’m not the only one who doesn’t really have a great idea.

Only a guess, but perhaps $325ish?

This is pretty close to the $350 I was thinking.
