I don't collect too much basketball, does anyone know how hard or rare the 1997 SPX Gold parallels were to pull? I have my eye on one and am trying to decide if I want to pull the trigger. Thank you!

I was a fan of his as a kid and would like to add to my small KG collection and thought the gold SPX were pretty cool.

For baseball i usually get these kind of stats from Baseballcardpedia, is there a similar site for basketball?

97-98 SPx is a different set from 1997 SPx. 1997 SPx came out after the 1996-97 season and 97-98 SPx came out in 1998 during the season.
