What a f**king joke! I haven't purchased any, but I'm so sick of weeding through these listings while trying to purchase singles etc. Does anyone actually buy these? I assume these are the same people that post in the BST looking for junk GU/Autos...:mad::mad:

Dunno about anybody else, but I'm 110% convinced that these sellers are actually putting the big $$$ card in one of their repacks, just because they're saying they are. BRB buying a dozen repacks.

Jokes - buy these repacks and you deserve the junk you get.

The only reason why I am buying repacks (bought approx 5 of them) is to unbox them on camera and review the packs and whether they are value for money!

I would never buy them of course, but I once offered to buy all the repacks someone had cause the cost vs the cards they were offering were much less. They are all a scam anyway cause no one in their right mind would sell repacks for less than what the cards are worth as a whole.

I also got a response once that 3 of the big cards were hit already and there was one big one left. I knew he was just BS'ing me because he said he had 99 total repacks that were like $30 each and the value of the big cards he posted were well over 8K. So if he was telling the truth, he stood to lose about 5K. I have no clue why anyone buys into that scam.

You can always tweak your searches by excluding repacks plus they’re usually on the lower end of pricing during searches

I don’t see me buying a repack from
Anyone at any point on any site. Just me
Personally and wish eBay didn’t allow them. Private sales is one thing eBay is just a way to scam new folks with repacks.

I think we (as a collecting community) need to stop selling "junk gu/autos". I know this is where these cards are being resold. Sadly, there is always someone hard up for cash and just needs to rip more wax. I realize I'm preaching to the choir, but it has to start somewhere.

You see people here wanting to buy bulk junk patch/auto cards, serial numbered cards, and ANY graded card for cheap. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know where these cards are ending up... The other thing I hate is when people sell empty packs. Anyone that sells or buys empty packs should have their ebay account taken away.

'Hey, maybe this random ebay guy wants to give me some great cards in this repack I am buying" -Said no one ever

Repacks are just an excuse to get rid of Meyers Leonard autos.

Agree 100%

No offense to the BO community, but there are enough trolls on here to disrupt these threads! Why are they still being entertained??? Stop selling to these scammers! Please!

Something for everyone.

I personally enjoy the guaranteed 1 in 30 chance of pulling either the t206 Wagner or PMG red Jordan out of a $19.99 pack of randomized kardz where I'm at least coming away with a Jalen Brunson Hoops napkin.

Clearly there is a market for these. I don’t judge how people spend their money.

I have a buddy who sells repacks and he live streams the entire process and draws the names on camera, then opens the packs on camera. Sort of like a group break but this way you know you aren't getting scammed. The chase cards are always packed out and everyone knows which buyer scored them. I thought this was a clever idea when he first told me about it and now he sells out instantly when he posts a new round.

This is how you beat the scammers.

I’m no mathematician but those seem like good odds :)!
