I think we are going to start seeing some big POP jumps with 90s cards as grades start POPping from the PSA 90s collectors club deal. I collect Tar Heels so some of the guys I go after don’t necessarily have a lot of graded cards. One POP jump that has been crazy is Antawn Jamison’s 1998 Chrome Refractor (rookie). In the earlier part of the year the POP on that card at PSA 9 was 4 and there was not a single 10. Now the POP on that card is 76 PSA 9s and 2 PSA 10s. That’s a huge POP jump. The 95 sp Stackhouse and Wallace PSA 10 POPs have both doubled in the past 6 months.

Anyone else seeing huge POP jumps like this with some not so heavily collected players?

Kobe 1996-97 Topps RC...both in PSA and BGS.

Yes. Particularly with topps chrome refractors, people want to capitalize on the increasing pricing, it makes sense.

Personally I have gone through my 90’s cards and sent multiples in randomly that were popular players with a following. Never even considered the pop report, but PC collectors might finally add some gems to their collection. Topps Chrome refractors period are some of them.

Most of the cards I'm after are locked in PC's and it's a fight when something gets posted.

The 1992 Topps and Topps gold Shaq cards will have a huge spike. I sent in 20 regular Topps and 12 Topps Gold ones myself. Basically anything Shaq and Kobe will have big jumps in the next year.
