Sent from my SM-G986U using TapatalkI'm never opposed to trades if they make sense but more than likely going to send out for grading and to get slabbed

I'm sorry are u saying trim as in purposely trimming the card??? If so I can promise u where I got this card from the last thing it ever was , was trimmed by who owned it.
Or are unsaying it won't grade well

The card is slightly bowed because of the way that foil card is made so thats why it looks thats way here is a picture just making it flat
Guessing thats what u sawhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20201211/58def90b639d15eb6f11b89b9044b289.jpg

Uhhhh.......that top looks wavy. I'd put a machinist's ruler across the top and shine a flashlight in from behind just to make sure.

First of course I appreciate the concerns expressed but for those saying it not quite sure you know or have felt how this card is made with foil rigid the inside line is pressed not just etched but to be clear..if you saw or seen the person I bought this from what was in their collection the very little they knew about cards in general and most importantly the price I paid..you'd come to two things
A. He would have zero clue what trimming a card even meant
B. In no way would he go thru the art of trimming to sell to me for what he did lol
Anyway just look at the graded ones on ebay and you'll see all of them after the blue ends and silver foil starts at the top have a slight "raise" including the psa 10 thats listed
But also I'm just showing a new card wasnt trying to convince anyone to buy

before you send in for grading you may want to consider the factory cut of this card first. I have examined many of these and there is an odd factory cut down the right side. if you place a strait edge along that right border, 95% of factory cut cards will not be straight. there is a slight in cut towards the right bottom corner. if you search the forums, there is more info on it. if I recall correctly, there may be some talk of this on the big brady thread. keep in mind this is a factory cut and even though that is the case, you may have a hard time getting it into a holder with a numbered grade. just fyi

you are welcome. I just wanted you to know before sending in as I am doubtful that PSA or BGS will put a number grade on those cards. there are some momentums that have been graded, but it was done years ago. I think now you could get it graded as authentic.
I didnt want you to be shocked when you get it back.
It is 100% a factory cut issue and once you know about it, your eye is just drawn to it. Now, you may get lucky and have a grader who doesnt know and doesnt notice and get it into a holder with a grade on it. good luck.

Thank you very much Dave I appreciate that useful insight as opposed to having it said it's been trimmed especially not knowing that specific cards And products history. Considering the black mark and sensitivity there is to true trimming it's a bit unfair to throw that out there completely unfounded on someone's post. So I truly appreciate receiving ur insight.
