Not a con, but I've seen signings offered through Streamily. Most recently, Troy Baker (voice actor best known as Joel in The Last of Us video game). I bought a print and got to watch him sign it, and a lot of other things, live on instagram. There were many other voice actors available at the time, but I'm not gonna be confident in the service until my item is received. Their online presence leaves a lot to be desired.
