Handwritten index card pulled out of a pack

I was just watching a live break on Youtube and saw something I've never seen before. There was a piece of white paper in the middle of a pack of 2020 Stadium Club Chrome that was hand written and says "F5 Emperors of the Zone 1/4" referring to one of the inserts in this product. This must have been used in the manufacturing and was supposed to be replaced by the insert I'm assuming?

I got a Stephon Marbury rookie card in a pack from an entirely different sport (probably football) back in the day. I remember because it was the best card in the pack at the time, at least.

I don’t remember if it was the 98 or 99 sports illustrated that I opened a pack and pulled this Juan Marichal auto. It’s on card and it looks authentic. The card is a base card that isn’t listed as having an autograph option. I could never find out anything else about it.

I have never seen another until the one you just showed me. I always assumed they sent him this card accidentally and he signed, shipped it back, and they just inserted it. Now that I see the Kiner I’m thinking they might have thought about an auto insert set of these cards. We will probably never find out the truth.
