Label 400, USPS Tracking Label

I’d like to use these for PWE mailing, but USPS is a little unclear about procedure—whether or not a trip to the Post office is required.

I assume I need to pay for tracking to use these labels, but I am wondering if this can be done through the app whether by scanning the label or manual entry.

If this is so, I’m hoping I wouldn’t subsequently need to print out a postage label since I plan to use a stamp and, like, a #10 envelope.

Anyone have experience using these for PWE, as I have no clue?

In about a month EBay is rolling out EBay standard envelope and it is designed for mailing cards in a PWE but includes tracking. I think you currently have to pay extra if you want to add tracking to a PWE, I personally never have added the tracking on a PWE.
