Giveaway to welcome 2021

I think a lot of people are ready to be done with 2020. So I thought to welcome in 2021 why not have a giveaway to roll into the new year.


So what thing could I giveaway.

Hmmm, first day of the new year is 1/1. And it's 2021.

So, 1/1/1.

How about I give away 3 1/1s?

I have one non-sport(Marvel), one basketball, and one football.

This thread is for the non-sport giveaway.

To enter all you have to do is post below what you won't miss about 2020. And you must do so by 11:59pm EST on 12/31.

I'll random all entries for each category and pick 3 winners on 1/1/2021.

This thread will be posted into all 3 subforums.

It’s been a heck of a year, that’s for sure. One thing I won’t miss is not being able to go to concerts. I was supposed to see Rage Against the Machine in the summer. Hopefully we can get back to live events soon!

I wont miss politicians enacting lockdowns and travel restrictions (I couldnt even go visit my friend who lives a block away for Christmas) meanwhile they can leave the country to go on tropical vacations for Christmas. Amazing how Lobster fishmerman, caviar farmers, and sommeliers all became super-essential workers during Covid. If I have to hear "we're all in this together" one more time Im going to vomit.

Sorry, just felt the need to bump this (congrats to the winner) When the Covid card-bubble bursts (if it ever does) I wont miss people standing in front of a shelf of boxes and taking photos of those boxes, asking "anything here worth buying?"

It would take less time to search a completed ebay sales listing than ask for financial advice from this forum. Seeing those posts make me feel gross. Can we please find a way to tell these people that they need to invest in their RRSP instead of boxes of cards they know nothing about? Sorry, rant over.
