I've noticed lately that a lot of auctions will end and basically immediately be relisted, despite not mentioning anything about 'reserve not met' or anything.
This is happening across cards of all price ranges.
What is this? Is this buyers cancelling right away? Or sellers not happy with the final bid prices?

Most likely they accidently shilled their own item and won it.

Its often because they didn't get what they wanted. It's despicable immoral behavior imo.

Actually this happens a lot because buyers claim and than ask the seller to cancel... Ive heard it all from... my credit card has reached its limit to I found something else... smh

I've sold 89 cards on eBay in the past 90 days. 17 buyers have not paid after 7+ days. One person submitted an offer on an $800 card, I accepted after 5 minutes and they immediately messaged me saying they werent interested and would not pay.
I wouldn't go straight to blaming sellers here..

Happened to me a few days ago. Guy gets into an intense "bidding war" up until the last 10 seconds of the auction ending, within a minute he messages me "cancel this order I found it for cheaper." Just blatant shilling and as much as I wanted to ignore him and let him get a non-payment strike he definitely would've left me neg feedback so I just canceled and immediately re-listed.
