Need help identifying if this card is a silver or not....?

Hi y’all! I am working with a local seller here and I cannot determine if this card is a silver or just a regular base. I know mosaic and prizm cards have prizm written on the back if they are a silver or colored refractor. Does anyone know if this is the same for this set?

Here are the only pictures i have... I know, pretty rough. My first thought is silver because of the glare but i really can’t tell...

yes, i believe so. there is no "prizm" marking on the back like normal for silvers in this case.

The front is definitely refracting light. Nice card

It’s silver. For some reason the italic PRIZM is missing from the back of Phoenix
