comc delays?

So this is the status of my last request in august


Status: Shipment request successfully completed
Tracking: Not Shipped Yet
Date Requested: 8/11/2020
Estimated Ship Date: 12/7/2020
Actual Ship Date: Not Yet
Estimated Delivery Date: 1/25/2021

Anyone knows how long are the delays?

I paid like 20 bucks more to get my shipment faster. Took about 3 weeks.

Also when the estimated ship date is passed you can email the customer service address. They "expedited" mine when I emailed them, took 2 emails and about 2 weeks before it flipped from no updates to the email that tells you they're working on the order and to contact them if the address is wrong.

I just paid the $18 extra for expedited and they got mine in a week and a half. Might be worth reaching out to see if you can update it maybe?
