ID 1990 Jordan All Star Card?

I recently obtained the 1990 Michael Jordan All Star card posted below that has no identification.

Have researched it & couldn't ID it. Any ideas? Thanks!! :)

We call those Unlicensed cards "Broders" from a guy who used to make a lot and sell them at card shows.

Gotcha, thanks guys. Just did some research on these unlicensed "cards" and learned something new. This one was thrown in as part of a stack of actual (licensed) cards that I obtained as a bundle.
