Best card for under $95=0!

TITLE SHOULD BE - BEST CARD FOR UNDER $90

I have a Visa giftcard for $100 (minus the transaction fee to set it up). I absolutely hate these things because you can't use them for partial purchases, so I can never apply them toward a card I really want.

I want to have some fun with this and get a card I wouldn't typically buy. What should I get for $90 or less?

This is not an "investerboi" post, I just want some cool ideas. Thanks!

I'd say an obscure player from a great set (i.e. a PMG or Essential Credentials scrub) or a totally crinkled, ripped, bent MJ RC or other iconic card.

Take a risk and do NBA Top Shot. They aren't adding new members but when they do , $90 can go a long way once they get their pack drops right.
