Dutch auction strategy

I'm writing a piece for a website I work for about best strategies for Panini Direct Dutch auctions and was hoping to crowdsource tips. Other than never buying at a price above the going eBay rate and placing in your cart initially and refreshing later, what do you have? Thanks in advance.

(Although this is in the basketball forum, it's meant for all Panini sports products -- there is no perfect thread on Blowout for this discussion).

Step 2) Enter extreme levels of buyers remorse.

Step 3) Jump off of a building.

Step 4) Reincarnation.

Step 5) Repeat Step 1.

An article like that with wide exposure outside these forums could potentially cost people here thousands in profit going forward, so my tip is don't do it.
