Giannis Contenders Historic Ticket Redemption Problem

I am sure this has been discussed here and I apologize as I could not find the subject.

I redeemed this card many moons ago and no changes in the status.

Tried to start correspondance with Panini through my "Ticket" beginning in November of 2020 and have had no response after sending follow-ups every month after.

At this point I requested points as that was the only option and still have not seen a change with it.

This is the /99 version and I hope I get fair compensation for it.

Any advice?

I started a thread on this same topic today. I currently have two giannis national treasure autographs sitting at Panini. It's been well over the initial 120 days for me. I have sent numerous emails and called just about every single day as well. I never hear anything back. I'm at a loss of what to do as well

Man what an amusing and sad situation at the same time. No response to emails and no response to ticket follow-ups. I even added redemptions to my account in hopes of getting some "clout". Silence. They are either overwhelmed or have made an executive decision to allow these types of business practices.

They are in a very good position to not give a #$%@ in todays market.
