This is the first time I'm having physical items shipped from ePack, any recommendations on the max amount of cards I should ship at once? I have around 50 I want to transfer out. Do they do a good job of packing or do I have to worry about damaged cards in penny sleeves? I was thinking of maybe adding a few top loaders to make the package sturdier. Appreciate any advice you have.

COMC handles that so good luck.

Be very careful, I spent over $500 for express shipping, over $6000 in value, mostly to sell, and they are over 1 week late and no one from Upper Deck or COMC are answering emails. I think COMC isn't even answering their phones, I filed 2 complaints with the Better Business Bureau against each company due to the how much I spent for shipping, value of my cards, what I still have on Upper Deck that I am worried about trying to move, and complete lack of communication. You are better off waiting until they catch up or something changes, I am super nervous about the cards, one of them there were only 2 ever created, it was FUSM parallel that took over a year to create!

Mind you, if you buy a card off of eBay, they ship it within a day or two, so they can move those cards quickly but if it comes to anything else, good luck!

Anything I ship from ePack is for my collection, so I always get toploaders for each card. I haven't had an issue with card damage, just the horrifically long ship times.

Yikes, sorry to hear that. I may wait a bit before getting them shipped.

My rule of thumb is that if the card in E-Pack shown in a top loader thats how they will come to you.
Otherwise they put all cards in a penny sleeve and ship pretty well.
If you pay for regular shipping will take 4 months to get minimum
I've never had a issue with them

I didn't have problems either, but now all of a sudden complete silence, no emails answered, no update on my package. Last Friday I was told my cards would ship this Monday, they were at the point in the shipping process, it's almost a week later, and complete lack of communication from a company that handles millions of dollars in cards just blows my mind.

Not anymore. Their feedback on eBay is taking a beating as well.

I see 645 pages on COMC's eBay Feedback Left page for the past month. At 200 items per page, that's about 129,000 items they appear to have shipped from eBay alone. So, stuff appears to be moving, though they are behind on some stuff.
I've had tens of thousands of cards shipped to me from COMC over the years, and never had a problem with their packing. For the packages I've received, they put each card in a penny sleeve. Anything I paid over $25 for or so they put in a toploader. You can request a toploader for any card for an upcharge of something like 20 cents.
For packages of 100-200 cards, they would tend to pack in either a 300-count box, or a graded card box, and add fill so the cards are immobile. When I had shipments which included comic books, they usually packed everything in a larger box and then shipped Priority, even when I didn't order Priority.
At the present time, they appear to be training some new hires. Hopefully, they'll get them up to speed quickly and get the backlog shipped safely and in a timely fashion.
