Hey guys
I was just offered a case for $1500. I'm not really sure what to expect out of this product and have seen some of the cases opened in the forums below. Is this a good price? I'm a gambler, and I like to open stuff, so I probably will open it and just wanted to know what to expect.
Any input would be appreciated.

I went to a shop in Orem, UT, & the shop owner told me he was allowed to buy 1 case of 2010 Exquisite FB from Upper Deck. 1 stinkin case. That's all. He cannot purchase anymore cases from Upper Deck & his three Upper Deck authorized distributors such as the Magazine Exchange do not have any additional Exquisite cases to sell.
To make a short story long, the cases & distribution seem to be limited.
If you trust your source, think about it. Your going to hit at the very minimum, a couple of nice RPA's. $1500 worth of nice remains to be seen. If you do, please post your break & Best of Luck.

I went in last Saturday & had a blast. He's always trying to do something nice for his customers. The only problem was he was sold out of just about every desirable unopened baseball product. Some guy came in & bought out all of his 09 & 10 Bowman Draft & 2011 Topps Heritage boxes. Was that You?

That is a really good price... I looked through my 2 LCS and 3 dealers...most didn't have it, and the ones that do are selling it $1650-1750....
As for is it worth it to crack?? That all depends on what you get... :D
No doubt it was fun, but dont' expect to get your money back...

1500 is a fair price, even lower than my LCS would do.
But.. the question you should be asking yourself is "Is Exquisite worth it?".
Unless you hit a Tebow or Bradford, you will need a huge pull to help defray the costs of the case. Do your homework on Ebay and see. If you do purchase it, good luck!

I'd say you will lose money on it unless you pull a monster hit.
But these are nice looking cards to me and worth the fun.

How high do you think a Case is going reach at its peak?

what about a sell and hold?
I may get a case from my LCS for "good" price as well. Will the value of a sealed case only go up?
