Shipped out a lot of 5 lower end autos about 2 weeks ago and he says they never arrived. In the case on ebay he says i have not responded to any e-mails. I havn't recieved any e-mails from him and hes claiming im not responding. Unfortunatly im new at selling and shipping and didnt get a deliv confrimation. I did state in my item description there would be no refunds of anykind for any reasons.
Should I refund him anyways even though its says in all my list "no refunds"
I have had the same happen to me with a card not arriving, the seller was more than helpfull in tracking down the package. What makes me think this guy is scamin is because he says im not responding to any thing when I havn't recieved any messages, and wont respond back to any of my messages.
