My LCS has a two row box that fits graded cards. I use that with foam dividers for the different sports.

I store mine in the 2-row “super shoe” box- basically the regular 2-row box, not the one for graded. They fit ok, haven’t had problems.

If you don't mind the weight. 4 row and 5 row monster boxes work fine. You can fit a ton in, but it does get heavy. Otherwise the 2 row is probably the best (I would try to use the standard, not graded).

Standard 2 row box for me as well, with the team bags. Even that size box can be a bit weighty if all the cards in the box are in the one-touch holders.
Craftsman type tool chests.
They come in a bunch of different configurations, and you can stack them if you keep adding more cases. Cards sit up nice in them, and I would just cut cardboard strips to place in between rows, which makes it easy to flip through the cases.
Best of all, they lock if you are worried about sticky fingers. And when these chest are full of cards, they are damn heavy to pick up and steal the lot of em
