trust me. People are STAYING away from AP.. He had a good season.. And hasnt showed much after that..

But if you like it i guess do it..
Which i highly dont recommend.
Ask for more.
AP's autos go for around 60 nowadays

If I were you I wouldn't do it. Your cards have alot of potential while the AP is just kinda stagnant. Just buy an AP auto if you want one and cash in on your 3 cards down the road.

I agree with the guys above mullmaniac, AP is not going to shine as much until the QB position is proven in MN. Meanwhile, you've got some very nice cards of prospective stars. I'm not a big Steelers fan but watch what happens when they are in the Super Bowl again and he has a big game, Wallace is a beast! I'm new to the forum but have been collecting for a while, even though I'm only 25, haha!

the 3 guys have more potential, while AP's proven but values stagnant true. however, at the end of the day, what matters is which you would rather have... which will you get more happiness/joy out of owning, and not the financial value itself

So, 2 unproven RBs who have done basically nothing are suddenly much more valuable then a RB in his prime who has done a LOT and will do more, based on 1 alleged year of having no QB? Lol...The volatility based on speculation of cards cracks me up. Only one in that group who has done ANYTHING worth mentioning is Mike Wallace. To say Mathews has such a bright future is nothing more then pure speculation. And Spiller? You wanna talk about bad QB...wow Fitzpatrick had a couple good games...they have nothing else...and chances are they will still try to use him for one more year...suddenly this makes for a Spiller friendly situation? Come on.

Don't get me wrong. I am FAR from a seasoned trader, and even further from some kind of value expert. But some of the logic behind the future careers of these players is hilarious, and its the only point I am arguing...NOT the card values themselves. Sorry if that is a little off topic really, but feel free to argue with me about it, because I won't be checking this thread again...nuff said.

I agree with all you guys but I feel that every person has a different opinion on a value of a card. For example you may think that a Bradford card is worth $100.00 but the other person may feel like that card is worth $150.00, basically what you think is a "sick" card the other person may not think it is. I once saw in a GB of all 2010 FB products someone who had the Rams trade it for the Vikings. We were all like WTH??? But that person PC's the Vikings. I hope I didnt confuse you guys more!!!

I think it is hilarious people are saying Mr. All Day Peterson did nothing last year.
1,298 yards, a 4.6 ypc clip, 12 rushing TD's, 36 catches for 341 yards and 1 receiving TD.

Seriously, that was him "doing nothing" last season?
In 4 years, he has 5,782 rushing yards and 52 rushing TD's, with a 4.8 ypc clip.
Add in 119 receptions, 1,170 receiving yards and 2 receiving TD's.

Geez its not all about yards. Will he have a long career like Emmitt/Curtis Martin/Bettis? No. I'll say 3 more dominant years, with a couple decent years.
