Everyone's (least) favorite child-shover Zack Hample's tailbone meets concrete . . . and he doesn't even end up with the ball.

Best part is he could have literally just walked calmly and picked up the ball once he got to the second row as no one else was anywhere near him. He was giving 110% effort in his race against nobody to win a prize worth practically nothing, except his dignity that is.

I will give him credit for one thing, he truly seems to love grabbing baseballs more than anything else in the world. That would have been what, his 25,000th ball or something? And he still sprinted down the stairs, tried to leap over two rows of seats, and then desperately clawed at the ball after falling on ass. The man loves what he does

I guess im in the minority but I absolutely LOVE this guys youtube channel! His passion is second to none.

My favorite is the little red suction cup on a long rope thing he uses to drop down in areas you cant reach to get hr balls, foul balls etc. He cracks me up!

He caught mike trouts first HR ball and gave it to trout without asking anything. (years later trout gave him a bat)

He's been a part of some crazy history. Its always Zack Hample! lol.

I bet he pays someone wait in line at Target for him and shows up just as the doors open, without a mask.

I’ve seen him push kids out of the way several times. Ive seen him escorted out for doing so more than once. But let me guess you’re going by the videos he made of himself giving balls to kids right?

He also swindled his way into the Ft. Bragg Military/Defense Employees Only MLB game a few years ago

Good guys push kids out of the way to get foul balls? Give me a break. If that’s your example of a good guy I wonder what a bad guy looks like.

He also has been kicked out of Stadiums and has shoved people to get balls.

Not to mention he was trying to solicit a date with Service Men and Women on Tinder in an attempt to get into the Bragg Game after MLB had told him he was not allowed in.

So let's say he could sell them for $20 a pop. That seems (more than) fair. That's $500,000. And that's not counting the A-Rod money, or any of the more important balls he has. Plus his Trout signed ball, his bats and othe equipment. Guy's sitting on a small fortune.

The man loves what he doesIn his video, he says he once had about 8,000 baseballs but gave some away. He doesn't say how many. He still keeps about 4,000 in his house (he does an actual count) and "thousands more" in storage. He's strangely obsessed and has some pretty rare and valuable balls in his collection.

Seems callous and not very nice to push kids/adults out of the way...having said that in this often-garbage world we live in its hard to get to worked up over this guy and his intense passion. It was ironic all the effort he put into racing to get the ball is what cost him his HR.

I think at the point in his life, it's just an obsession until he gets seriously injured. He will never stop. His ego is fueled by the amount of people asking for pics/autographs. He won't stop when people still recognize him and treat him like a celebrity.

We can all hate on him, but he just keeps doing his thing.

Like I said, one punch, on camera...because he shoved a a guy's kid out of the way. I'm shocked that has not happened yet!

I'm sure he's getting $$$ from his YouTube and whatever other stuff he is doing. This is his livelihood, so he's earning money that way.

No ive actually met him at stadiums myself, never seen anything that you describe. (same goes for everyone else responding to me, ive based my opinions on personal experience as everyone else has)

And that still doesnt make it right for all the hate on him, someone earlier in the thread wrote they ran him over on purpose, like thats not right no matter what you think of someone.

He sells "experiences"

You want him to come show you how to get baseballs? Pay his plane ticket and ticket for the game and he will show you how it's done.

He's mentioned it in the past... guessing Covid put a stop to it recently.

Well your experiences don't match mine but thats fine. I just answered your question about how I based my opinion.
And regardless of what he does many people in this thread wish violence upon him which isnt right either. Which was more what my original point was addressing, that my personal experiences had been good.
