How much do you care about graded cards?

Since I've moved over to collecting UFC I've noticed there are not many graded cards on the market. I get that a lot of cards probably weren't worth the cost of grading before the card boom and by the time UFC started catching up to other sports we were already in 1 year turn around at PSA and I'm sure there are lots of UFC cards sitting at PSA now. But curious if people here grade any of their UFC/MMA cards or would buy a PSA 9 or 10 for 50% or greater premium over raw if that option was available. Or do most UFC collectors have a different mindset about that? One thing I'll say is that I've bought a lot of raw singles lately, mostly stuff $1-10 range and card have generally been in better condition than raw NBA, NFL and MLB cards I've paid $20 for

Graded cards matter... you are correct in that the UFC market is catching up. PPl were only grading top cards as base were not worth the effort until recently

hate graded cards - i am sitting on a psa 10 of a pc person that is numbered to 8.

will crack it out of that case soon.

Grading is a scam, but unfortunately that's where the $ is made.

What kills me and the market is buyers expecting to pay raw card prices but receive a card that will grade a PSA 10.
