I made an eBay purchase that was shipped from Germany to the US via DHL. ISC New York received it on 4/21 and it's been processing as "Inbound into Customs" since then with 0 movement. Granted there probably are a lot of shipments passing through but this is taking a lot longer than I would have thought (~3 full weeks at this point).
Is there anything I can do to check on the status? I've already signed up for text notifications via USPS but since it's supposedly sitting at ISC NY, so I don't think that will shake it loose. Anyone else have experience with overseas shipments just sitting at customs for an extended period of time?
