Panini Replacement Process?

I sent a Gridiron Gear pullout patch of Joe McKnight into Panini because they decided to put the patch in upside down...

They said they received the card on 3/17/2011 with my DC number.

Thats the only communication I have received. No more updates, nothing.

Is this normal, or am I just getting shafted?

it's normal for them, same thing happened to me but it's been 3 months and nothing after they confirmed receipt.

This is a real question (i'm not being a smartass). can't you pull the signed patch out of the card and turn it around and put it back in so that the auto is no longer upside down?

You cannot pull those patches out yourself. They only come out as far as you see in the pic.

gl i pulled a sweet patch auto of mike wallace 09 gridiron gear been waiting months the customer support thing is a joke i have emailed many times they never respond

I'm actually going down to Irving to drop off my 2010 Certified Ryan Mathews Freshman Fabric #/399 that I received that they forgot to put the auto on. I'm flying out of DFW tomorrow and Panini's HQ is literally 5 minutes from the DFW south airport entrance. I'll see if i can't talk to someone who can give me some additional info on how long the replacement process should take.

i sent in a triple gu from absolute last novemeber that had the foil peeling off the front, sent them an e-mail once per month to see if they had received it, never got a response, got an e-mail yesterday that said they received it, did not have the same card available for replacement and was sending me a comparable replacement from the same set. They said they were sending it out this week...
