Ok peeps and Peepets, I'm off from work today so I figured what better day to run a giveaway. This one is slightly different, this one is open to fans of any of the following teams: Ravens, Steelers, Titans, Vikings, Bengals, Bears, Bucs, Packers, or Panthers. Just reply to my list of questions below, and the winner will get a prize pack of their chosen team. WINNER MUST BE A FAN OF ONE OF THE TEAMS LISTED. I'm not doing giveaways so that people can flip their prize and make some money, that's a bunch of crap. I'm doing contests to make peoples personal collections better. Entries will be taken until 10:00 pm est tonight.

1)Vikings. Why? Favre for one, ex-OU players AP and Phil Loadholt, and they still have a player in the fading away position of fullback Kleinsuaser. Purple People Eaters and the very recognizable horn that they blow during home games.
2) Personal collection always needs improvement. If it's PC you can never have enough. :-)

4)ManInTheMirror makes me laugh. His comments shoot from the hip, whether you want to hear it or not, and he's honest. That makes for some good comedy to me.
5)I won what we callee The Toilet Bowl in the fantasy football league here at work. It was DEAD LAST and what I got was a golden plunger. Luckily the next year I got to pass it along to that seasons worst looser.

4)The members that make me laugh the most are anyone that trolls the Member Sales/Trade feedback board. Good times had over there.
5) About a year ago I won tickets to a local bluegrass concert from a radio station. About a month ago I won a random contest from Cactuspies because I wear boxers.
6) If I wasn't me, I'd want to be the wealthy independent owner of a sports franchise. Someone like say Mark Cuban. I know all men are still little boys on the inside, but at least Cuban enjoys his little boyness by owing a sports franchise and cutting loose at seemingly every game.

1) Which of the above teams is in your personal collection?-Da Bears. They are the local team which is why I like them, and I live about 2 minutes from the training camp facilities. The history of the team is so rich that even at 19 I can appreciate it.
2) Why should your personal collection be improved?Well seeing as how I am in college and living tightly, I had to sell pretty much everything to be able to afford living expenses and such. With the exception of only like 10-15 cards, I have had to sell everything.

1) Vikings (Dad was a fan from the 60's and passed it on to me, weird kinda since he grew up in Deleware and we now live in South Jersey)

2) Before I was a police officer I sold my vikings collection very cheap to pay bills and again Two years ago I sold my entire collection of vikings cards (almost 100 GU/Autos plus tons of Rookies) to pay the bills, however it didn't pay much as they didn't even sell close to $200 :( Now I am trying to re-collect everything I sold plus more and refuse to get rid of it a third time :)!

3)Joke? Seahawks made the playoffs last year as a division winner and their record was 7-9!... :rolleyes:

5) I have won a give away on here for a box of tennis cards :o and when I was 8 me and my best friend went to pizza bingo at our school and he went to the bathroom and left his ticket with me...I switched him at first, but my conscience wouldnt let me do it...so I switched back and he ended up winning a $100 gift card to toys r us...which when I was 8 seemed like a fortune..so yeah tennis cards is all that I can remember..

1. Tennessee Titans

2. I had a huge Titans collection at one time and I got layed off about 2 years ago and had to sale all of it. I had just had my little girl and my wife was out of work, and that was the only way we could stay in our apt and pay the rest of our bills.

3. Preacher is new in town and figures he would go to some houses and introduce himself. He stops at the first house and knocks. A bigger woman answers the door wearing nothing but a towel. She throws up her hands and the towel hits the floor and she says Oh My Goodness it's Conway Twitty. Preacher says no ma'am I get that alot I am the new preacher at first baptist here and just wanted to introduce myself and invite you to church. He goes to the second house and knocks on the door. I got back into the hobby in August and have begun working on sets and Jay Cutler for my PC. I am really enjoying the hobby and these forums. I still have a lot to learn but I enjoy sharing my cards with my niece, nephew, younger brother and anyone else that will look at it.

What is the difference between a priest and a pimple? A pimple doesn't pop on your face until your at least 13.

In third grade I won a raffle in my class for a pack of skittles (which I don't eat) and in 6th grade I won a 50lb bag of dog food at bingo. (didn't have a dog)

I would like to be a sports agent. That is what I thought about doing during law school but it is a very hard field to break into. I would also like to be anyone that has toured with Bob Dylan over the last 40 plus years.

2) Why should your personal collection be improved? It is my daughter and my collection and is so far pretty basic. Lots of different years and brands of base with a few numbered cards and a couple of autos.

3) Tell a funny joke. Doctor is walking a female patient down the hall of the hospital. They go by a room and the door is open. A man is inside exercising his right hand/palm. The lady patient is aghast and wants an explanation. The Doctor tells her the man has a condition where he has a constant load build up problem and has to release it at least once a day to avoid complications. The lady relaxes a little and they continue down the hall and come to another open door room. This time there is a hot nurse giving a man a BJ. The lady goes berserk and wants to see the President of the Hospital. The Doctor tells her that this man is suffering from the same problem/condition the other man has but this man has better coverage!:D

4) Which member of this board makes you laugh the most? Tough call as there are quite a few that make me laugh. I will go with Bohica:)!

5) Have you ever won anything ever? If so, what was it? (not necessarily sports card related) I once won a Garbage Company Hat at a Ducks Unlimited Dinner:eek: Other than that, I won a shotgun once upon a time:)

1) Packers baby! My family never followed sports and Favre's back to back Super Bowl runs in the late 90's actually got me into following professional sports, in a way it all goes back to the Pack.
2) I am a struggling grad student who works two unpaid internships trying to build up a resume. I can't afford many cards especially nice ones, would love to build up a bigger PC.
3) A classic: A turtle was walking down an alley in New York when he was mugged by a gang of snails. A police detective came to investigate and asked the turtle if he could explain what happened. The turtle looked at the detective with a confused look on his face and replied “I don't know, it all happened so fast.”

5) I was a kid and I went to this talent show at my church. I was like 8 years old and they had this half/half raffle which is where people buy tickets and half the money is kept and half becomes the prize. I won and it was like $95 which to me at the time was a fortune! I don't think I've ever been more excited!
6) If I wasn't me I would like to be someone who gets to travel the world, doing what I'm not sure but I really enjoy seeing new places and would like to visit as many countries as possible in my life. Traveling the world would be a dream come true for me.

She asked her students to raise their hands if they are Steelers fans too. Not really knowing what a Steelers fan is, but wanting to be liked by their teacher, their hands all fly into the air with one exception. A little boy named Timmy has not gone along with the crowd.
