Paypal electronic Privacy policy

Anyone else get this message from paypal? And what does it mean in short terms. I am on my phone and don't have access to a computer for a while. Thanks

I don't recall getting a message from paypal. Might be a phishing email, so...... caution!

When you log into your account you should get something about updating your privacy preferences so they can send you emails. If you decline, they will lock out your account after 2012.

It wouldnt surprise me if somewhere in the EULA in really tiny letters it says something about they can take all your money whenever they want.

Yep, got that notice when I logged in a few days ago. Probably something they forgot to do prior, or some new rule/law went into effect.
