Yes. The 90s had some great inserts. I love the Pacific Crown cards and loved the foul pole and netting behind the plate ones Pacific used to do.

First design in a while that i feel isn’t just a slight rehash of the old design. Probably still too many more popular releases out there for this to hold any resale value but the design is a win for collectors.

Also with the nameplate it looks like D. Strange-Gordon will not be getting a card or the letters will be a little short.

IDK....the only year I've ever collected Gypsy Queen was 2012 (I think), because that's the only year I've really liked the design.

But Topps/Fanatics and/or distributors may be in for a rude awakening if they're still pricing wax like it's 2021....

gypsy queen has MSRP'ed for over 100 ever since it's inception in 2011. But back then it was 2 autograph and 2 relics. They've watered it down and kept the same price over the years.

GQ came out strong but quickly faded with collectors, although the addition of chrome/ref and AU counterparts in recent years makes it much more intriguing

GQ Retail has been abysmal in the past so snagging a hobby box or two would likely be the better rip if you can land em' at a reasonable price

Well its selling pretty well at $140. I picked up a box at $140 because I love the design and think that price is decent.

I do not buy Bowman at $500 a jumbo or whatever.

So yeah, buyers do decide, and $140 is a decent price here for me. If you think GQ will ever be a $50 box, that's just delusional.

By far the best thing about this set are the Astrological autos and there's only 10 signers. Joey Bart is a bad choice -- Buster Posey would have been better. It should have had at least another big name like Trout or Ohtani.

The Crystal Gazing cards are basically a rip-off of Crown Royale's 'Sno Globe' cards from 2020.

The Gypsy Gems are solid.

I went ahead and used the 10% off coupon for new accounts bit the bullet and purchased two boxes. Came out to about $125 a box. A bargain since my LCS here is selling these for $210 plus tax...

I've watched a few box breaks and have to admit I really like this year's design. I haven't opened Gypsy Queen since 2016.

3 cases is not a valid sample size.

In 3 cases I've seen Pujols, Miggy, Ichiro and Jeter autos. I could claim this is the most loaded product ever produced by Topps.

Now if you ripped 30 and saw nothing of note that would be a different story.

Are they at least printed in the USA this year? All my cards last year were damaged and printed in Mexico. I hit a Kebryan RC auto with a nice dent in the top. They were all dented in the same spot.

I opened three boxes of Hobby and it was not going well. In the last box, with a few packs to go, the card Gods showed me favor. Before I hit this Mike Trout redemption autograph, I was second-guessing my card purchase choices. I always say "It just takes one"... and usually am sorely disappointed. This time, not so much. It's not the best or most-valuable card I've ever pulled, but it's one of the coolest.
