Topps chrome redemption issue

So I pulled a topps chrome ian anderson aqua refractor auto recently. Unfortunately it came as a redemption. So I tried to redeem it online. The code is very light printed on a Grey back ground. Very hard to read, but I believe I have the right code. When I type it in, it says invalid code. The website says mail it in if it states invalid code. But also says it is void if they can't read it.

Anyone ever experience this? How did it go? Advice?

off topic, how long does it take panini to mail a generic redemption?
I pulled a prizm draft baseball redemption of some pitcher I never heard of, and I requested that they just sent me anything instead if they dont have it.

Just fill out the back and send it in. I basically scratched out the code on an Ohtani auto redemption, sent it and they processed. You can call their customer service line and they'll tell you same.

You may be entering an incorrect character like a O instead of a 0 or similar. I had the same issue with one as I scratched a part of it too much so a few letters/numbers were hard to tell what they were. I eventually got it.

Sent in a redemption for a 2020 sapphire update green bichette auto that I couldn’t read well enough to redeem online. I received the card I was supposed to receive.

I mailed in a Jordan Walker redemption over 3 months ago and they still don't have it in my open redemptions. Called and they said, keep waiting. Wouldn't even look up code to see if sent to someone else in error. Topps CS is horrible so good luck
