Phone has no actual release date yet "some time before the end of the month is all boost/samsung has released" Yet he was shipping them no later than yesterday. The phone is going to retail for $179.99. He is asking $10 plus $240 for shipping. So not only is this dude screwing the shipping to save ebay fees, he is overcharging by $70! That is how you screw the system, consumers and laugh all the way to the bank...plus super great low and bad feedback too boot.

According to your story he is overcharging by like $2300 dollars not $70 :) and don't worry that is all changing Tuesday. He will be charged fees for his high shipping.
