What jersey is this patch from?

Pulled this Junior Seau from Five Star. I love the patch and it is probably the best of my collection even though it is so small. 4 colors and 6 breaks. Looks like part of the lightening bolt but where does the red come from? Did the chargers ever have a throwback with red or is this some kind of specialty? A person from another site thought it might be from a pro bowl jersey. Would greatly appreciate your input.

pro bowl is all i can think of i dont remember chargers wearing red but i could be wrong

it very well could be a Pro Bowl jersey, possibly the logo you are seeing is the Chargers' helmet on the red....
