Why do people use ECHECKS thru Paypal!?!?
These things are more annoying a really bad case of herpes!!!
And they take about a week to go thru!!
Wouldn't you want to get your item sooner??

Does anyone else think these things are annoying?
Has anyone used them?

UGH!

I would rather get an eCheck notice than have to wait several days wondering if I would get paid at all. Not that big of a deal really.

Correct me if I am wrong but they don't have a choice do they?

If your PayPal balance is zero then PayPal will take the money from your back-up checking account which causes the delay.

In my opinion, if you have run your PayPal account dry then you probably shouldn't be buying anything...

My Paypal don't do that.

Maybe because it's old but when I no money and they do a transfer the payment is still instant.

50% of the e-check payments I've received bounce. These buyers try to convince me that they've already paid and to ship them their item out immediately. Yeah right  I too hate e-check payments.

I can see disliking them if that happens. I've never had that happen though, but I haven't sold anything since last summer either.

I hate echecks! I wish there was a way to opt out of accepting them.
