If its just a "normal" home run ball, I'd think $1000-1500, maybe $2000 on the secondary market and for "retail" (i.e. a Dealer) probably $2-2500

Seriously, how much of an uptick in price is there for a ball that puts you in 11th place? A top 10 ball would sound better, a top 5 of course even better.

I would answer whatever the current market is for a end of career home run ball add another $1000 to maybe $3000 premium.

MLB Will authenticate balls that fans catch. Wander Franco’s 1st HR was authenticated. It went it to the stands, someone ended up with it, and security immediately whisked the teenage kid away. They authenticated it, then got him to give it up for a fraction of what it is worth.
