I don't know if it was Mayock or Gruden, but for the Raiders roster to be this bad given all the draft assets they've had the last three years (six firsts!!), no one in that FO should still be employed.

Clelin Ferrell was a terrible draft pick. Played 16 games this year and had 8 tackles and 1.5 sacks. Henry Ruggs and Damon Arnette were also crazy bad picks because of the obvious character red flags.

Yep, Mayock was just there to fill a position. Gruden was in charge of everything. At least Mayock got some money out of it.
