Question on 1/1 Tom Brady Cards

Does anyone have any idea how many 1/1 Tom Brady Cards exist? Or can you point me to a place where I can find out?

That would be a real adventure to track down.

We have been lucky enough to get 2 different Tom Brady 1/1s. Both insert parallel non-auto. Both PSA 10'd. See attached pics (one pic is a 130 comp screen grab of an ebay sale from last Feb, but that was ours that sold).

Beckett will tell you and its free...just type in tom Brady and search by print run. Scroll past the zounds of base cards and you will see the 1/1s. You can search by year too by putting the year infront of his name when searching.

Got bored and crunched the numbers. Currently Brady has 18,859 (more than double what Joe Montana has) different cards in the Beckett database. Searching Tom Brady, 100 cards at a time, then sort by print run, base/unnumbered are 1st and go to page 46 where the 1/1s start...they end on page 88. Between the odds and ends on pages 46 and 88 there are 85 1/1s then take the other 40 pages X 100 cards per page. 4,085 different Brady 1/1s.

Awesome! Thank you for the work. I would guess the most important non-auto/non-shield 1/1's are the Topps Chrome Superfractors and Optic/Prizm 1/1's after 2015.

4,085 is > 54.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Beckett doesn't then list his different 1/1 printing plates that were pack inserted, do they? Or the buyback type products, like Honors, which were then stamped 1/1?

As far as I know they have all of those. Honors stopped doing the Buybacks around 02 and restarted back in 2016 (Brady didnt have a 1/1 version until 2018) so they missed most of Brady's career. They do have printing plates for sure, including those pesky front and back plates from 05 Topps Total. The only place where 1/1s become sporadic on Beckett are the National/Convention/Hawaii trade conference 1/1s. They were really good at having them all up until 04 or so.
